PRE-ORDER items will be listed with an expected release date, but release dates are always subject to delays from the publisher, distributor, or for other reasons beyond our control. Please see our 'Shipping Status' page at the time of the expected release date to 1) confirm the actual release date, and 2) see an estimate of shipping and handling time at the time of actual release.

FOR ORDERS WITH SHIPPING ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: We use a third-party service to fulfill international orders. This third-party service automatically calculates all costs, including shipping, and includes all currency conversions, currency conversion fees, duties, taxes, import taxes, and service fees into the price of the item shown in your cart. Because we are a small business, it would not be possible for us to manage the complexities of international shipping to almost anywhere in the world without using a third-party service. We are are unable to modify or refund these costs, subject to our return and refund policy.
